  : The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious. It is within walking distance to the shopping centre Gazela, fairly close to Piotrkowska Street, and the tram was close. There was a variety of bread, cakes, salads, eggs, meats, cereals, and juices for breakfast.
  : There were no chicken or beef sausages or salami for breakfast (only pork).

  : Hotel was clean, had a parking spaces available (ca 10 EUR per day), swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was okay but I hoped for a better one. We were thinking about booking Hilton or Ambasador hotel but based on fact that there was a pool in Ambasador we booked it. Now after visiting the hotel I would book Hilton…
  : It’s a small walk (10min) away from main Pietrkowska area so you need to consider that. Rooms are not so new anymore and time has taken it’s toll. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking a lot in there.Lobby are is quite dark and would need some refreshing/ color.Suggestion- you have a rooftop area. Make a rooftop bar there with music and small counter to order drinks/snacks.This hotel would be great 10/10 if some minor updates would be done.

  : Everything was comfortable. The location is great --- near sites and trains (taxi needed for train, but all close).
  : I have some friends come to find me at the hotel and the staff told me I wasn't checked in. But I was. I lost a whole day of visiting and wasted their time!

  : The breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose at any taste. The room is well equipped with furniture and mirrors that I appreciate a lot. The bed was really comfortable. I used the hotel parking, though you have to pay for it.
  : It was a long way to go to breakfast, as the breakfast area is in another building.
