  : Good apartment with almost everything you need
  : 1. Ambulance is near the apartment so that you might hear the serene sounds. 2. Stairs can be dangerous. 3. The worst thing I didn't like. We should pick up the keys in the office at a different address. It is very uncomfortable, especially when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Moreover when you need to return the keys - nobody at the office or pick up the phone.

  : The apartment was nice - spacious, clean, and with basic cooking utensils. It's also great that in the apartment there was a dishwasher, toaster, and fridge. And it would be great if the apartment had some tea/coffee/water, as these are usually offered in facilities of this type. The Wi-Fi worked perfect, there were no interruptions or any problems with the connection. The location is quite comfortable as well. It takes a 10-minute walk to get to the Old Town, and just about 15 mins to get to the shopping mall. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It's quite convenient for a long stay.
  : Living there wasn't quite comfy though. There were some construction works in the neighbouring building, starting at around 8AM every business day. It was also quite hot to sleep, even with my windows open and a fan working all night. Collecting my key was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. The key collection site is in a 20-min walk from the apartment. And if you're tired after the flight - you'd better take a taxi. Also mind that if you aren't able to collect your key by 5PM, you'd be asked to come the next day to the key collection site to pay a safety deposit.. That's quite inconvenient. Safety deposit is yet another unpleasant surprise. When I paid it on the day of arrival, I was told it'd be returned in 4 days. When I checked out 6 days later, I was still told it would be returned in the same 4 days.. And when I still didn't get my funds back 4 days past, I contacted the customer support and they promised me a 10-day return.. The deposit was actually returned, but way later than expected. And the communication along the way could be more friendly and professional. Speaking of communication, I think it's a major problem of this facility. Before and after my stay I received not-quite-timely replies to my questions - and these in various languages: from English to Polish to German - considering the fact that I always wrote in English. One of the latest replies I received was with LOOOTS of exclamation points and in Polish. I do not understand how you can host people with such attitude towards them, and such poor customer service. I truly recommend you to work on it. I wouldn't want to stay in your apartment again.

  : The apartment is good and big! Good kitchen with everything needed. But! It worth visiting only if you have a long stay
  : I had really strange experience with the host and I didn't like that and I told that to the host. You have to go to their office to collect the keys! The office is pretty far from the apartment so you need to take public transport or a taxi. It is not clear on the page of the property but this is a very important point, especially if you want to stay for a night or two because you have to go there twice to collect the key and to return it. We were from a long long flight with a lot of luggage and I asked the property if someone can meet us near the apartment, but they said no, and asked to go to the office to sign something. Ok, we went there but at 17.15 there was no-one :) so we took the key from the safety box. Also they have no Whats app or any messenger and every time the different manager answer the phone and you have to describe everything from the very beginning. Oh! and they charged us for the parking which is not clear when you do booking. But after I said that we don't need it the host did a refund which is good. In the end I should say that because of that bad experience I wanted to set very bad rating but the apartment is really good if you stay long. But keep in mind that there will be no cleaning during your stay.

  : The room and its equipment were great, beautiful, and clean. Very comfy bed.
  : I arrive at 22.00 at the local office to pick up the key but I did not receive any instructions for accessing the safety box. I couldn't reach out to anyone, of course it's Sunday night but it make me in a very difficult situation and I had to go to another hotel for that first night and came back the next day. Later, they told me that they sent the instructions to my 'SMS' denying any responsibility and me request for a refund for the first night. That's absurd. Why would you send such an important info to my phone number, i left my country prior to my arrival at the accommodation and yes I won't get any SMS anymore. Should have send to my email or at least in Booking chat instead So... Thumb down for the service.Also the apartment IS NOT nearby the local office, be mindful of this.

  : Location. Not far from city center.
  : The staff was absolutely unfriendly. We had to collect and return the keys ourselves in their office, which is not so close to the apartment. When we returned the keys, there was no one in the office and we almost missed the train. Also, they charged an extra $100 for cleaning. And a 500 zloty deposit. Which has not yet been returned. These payments were not indicated anywhere at the time of booking. In addition, the apartment is quite neglected. The kitchen stove was broken, one of the window shutters was broken, and others.We are really disappointed with the apartments and the staff. Unfortunately. The price and additional payments do not correspond to the service and conditions you receive.

  : The apartment has all the facilities you need. 20 minutes from the center.
  : The code for door was told us wrong by the staff. We had to wait for them to specify the code. So we lost almost our 1 day.

  : Apartment office facilitated our request for our taxi driver to collect the keys earlier in the day as we were arriving very late, which allowed us to go to the apartment straight from the airport. The apartment was spotless and comfortable and within easy walking of the main shopping and the Old Town tourist area, plus the Jewish quarter which was in a different direction. Location couldn't have been better. The apartment had everything including a washing machine for our laundry and clothes horse which we kept on the balcony meaning everything was dry very quickly.
  : The one and only issue during our stay was the shower draining slowly meaning water was coming out of the cabinet. Once reported this issue was rectified within a few hours, terrific response from the apartment management, especially Dorota.

  : Convenient location to old town. Good amenities. Much needed air conditioning worked well.
  : A bit far from the main station especially if you have luggage. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay for 3 people is not enough.
