  : The view is amazing! The location and environment of the apartment were nice, the equipment and the kitchen furnishings of the kitchen were satisfactory. We were especially thankful for the washing machine tablets and for the dishwashing detergent. The delivery and the serving of the breakfast were lovely and the breakfast itself was OK.
  : The mattress was too soft for us (but it is a very personal preference) +Two minor inconveniences: - Communication was hard with the reception as they were a bit pushy but did not really speak English. E.g. we reported in advance that we can only arrive in the very last checkin hour and they accepted the time. Then on the day of arrival while we were on the road they tried to reach out via a phone call to emphasize that we must arrive in time or we need to pay an extra - but they did not understand the answer, so they started to send some sms (4 received!). Something similar happened to the checkout...we received the breakfast 15 mins earlier than agreed then at 8:50 someone knocked on the door enquired when we will leave...(only slight push...like you are in the office...) - Although there was a large selection of the food for breakfast there were some minor quality issues that made disappointment. E.g. we received one piece of pancake (halved) for two persons only stuffed in the middle (LOL) once the dough was a bit burned, and my boyfriend was a bit sad when he saw that we need to share scrambled eggs made by two eggs... Yet again only minor things and those can be changed easily.

  : Big space in the apartments.very friendly woman which delivered breakfast to the apartment
  : No Coffee machine (even the simple one) in the apartment and very limited breakfast (milk plus cornflakes two days ?). Receptionists were very cold

  : The location was good, the rooms were clean and worm. The bathroom was big and bright, a lot of storage space for clothes in each room. The breakfast was lavish and each day we got different things. We specially liked the doughnuts.
  : In the main bedroom on one window was no drapery, so in the morning was too much light.

  : I like the ares cause its surrounded with mountains, the food was great,the christmas market was amazing. we celebrate the new year in Zakopane. its a memorable experience.
  : What I didn't like is the people is not that friendly and not everyone speaks english.

  : Spacious, separate living room and bedroom. There was a balcony from which the view was great. Easy to park - many parking places. Zabka supermarket 70 metres from the accomodation that is open 6-23.
  : The bed was worn, the mattress should be changed. Same goes for pillows. The chairs around the table were very noisy (could hear upstairs neighbours moving them) and too small for the table. Breakfast was rather dull, instead of a buffet there was a breakfast basket outside the room every day at 8. Although it was quite ok breakfast, it didnt have anything warm so if we had known we wouldve bought breakfast stuff from nearby Zabka and made it ourselves as the place had a kitchen. The purpose of our trip was to hike in the Tatra mountains so the fulfillingness of the breakfast was important to us. I would say its an okay breakfast overall but should be mentioned beforehand.
