  : the sofa bed on the ground floor wasnt comfortable to sleep on. Not a problem but maybe need a kitchen dish washer. If travelling during winter have winter tyres with snow chains. the climb could get slippery

  : The property is very difficult in the snow to reach and we had trouble getting cars up the steep hill in the ice on several cars. Even had to abandon the car one day

  : The actual accommodation was very pretty and inside it was great and just what we wanted. The views were amazing and the kids were able to play outside. The shower was very good. We felt safe. It was easy to get to some great ski slopes. And you can walk to Zakopane. With a little tweaking, the facilities could be amazing. It was very clean and easy to keep clean. Lovely bathrooms and cute bedrooms. It was great for a group of families as lodges are right next door to each other. Lots to do locally. Polish supermarket very nearby to get food supplies.
  : We didn't receive any wi-fi. We could have done with a sieve/colander to strain pasta or rice. We needed a toaster. We had to ask for a clothes airer to dry clothes out of the washing machine. The road up to the house is terrible and one day we were unable to get the cars out as road was so icy, this should be addressed urgently. The bbq was smashed up so unable to use that and the front door handle was broken and was never fixed despite me reporting this. You didn't provide details of where rubbish should go or any recommendations for restaurants or ski slopes or what to do. Sofa is uncomfortable too. There are houses that are derelict right next door. No double bed for adults. The ski lift close by was not running. There was no warning about the road up to the house and we were very concerned about this for the duration of our holiday.
