  : Great beds and big apartment, there was a kitchen with all of utensils in a very good condition, no sound from neighbors, friendly receptionist, everything functioned properly (like outlets and water taps)
  : Public parking is always a drawback especially in a city center, wall paint was damaged, shower booth door wheels were broken, but the main issue was arriving hour or two after ability to check in and still room not being ready to accommodate us, so we had to wait for around 40 minutes, since leaving our luggage unattended was only possible in the reception room with no security guarantee...

  : Perfect location, in the center of Katowice, 5 minutes to main city center and 15 minutes to Spodek. Next to apartment there is grocery store abka and kebab restaurant open 24h. The hostel approved my request to check-in earlier without any additional fee. Apartment was great and clean with nice bathroom with shower and small but fully-equipped kitchen. I am very satisfied.
  : There can be a problem with parking lot, because the hostel is located on a crowded street with not so many spots for cars.

  : me and my friend were extremely disappointed with the state of the property. it looked nothing like the pictures. the property was under construction (it looked like it). there was a long cable hanging from the ceiling, bathroom door handle was broken, main light in the bedroom didnt work, there were no instructions for heating and remote for air conditioning was missing. there was no iron even though it was advertised on the property description.

  : Photos are well done, but in reality apartment has a lot problems. Almoust all equipment is cheap. I did not found no info, how to get access to wifi. Rosettes are not set properly. Bath has no please to hang towel, dresses or even toilet paper. Water in shower did not flow away properly, so you have to wait for it. Apartment has heater, but no remote to switch it on. As well, lets say you are 4 people, but there is 3 glasses , all different, etc. In info was said that there is a parking in area of apartment, bet really it means - find a parking on the street. To deliver keys i was told to deliver it in reception. I called in the morning to reception, no one is picking the phone and you cannot even get to key box. next to door. Just luckily one woman opened the entrance door and I could drop them in box. Also no info was provided how and where to get keys. Only by calling. But if you call after working hours, who knows... Before arrival I tried to communicate via booking, no one is answering. So, this apartment does not care about your well-being.

  : I did not like the property, we left and asked to waive the fee. The host has not responded since.
  : The room was in a dilapidated state with holes in wall, dirty switches and stained run down linen. the towels were worn and you could hardly call it a towel. The sockets were pulled from the walls rendering them unsafe.
