  : The location is lovely . Waking up with a misty range of mountains and a lake covered with cloud, was more than we could ask from the location !
  : There is nothing called "Service" . None was there at reception most of the times. We had to call to get our key as we arrived early. We were asked to pay for early check in. I asked asked about the possibility of early checking after booking and I was told it would be based on room availability. None told about the money we would have to pay for early checkin. There were hardly anybody in this property and room were available and ready. We were also told we will have to pay if we call them to open the door in case we are stuck outside the room without access card ! When we checked out, there was a different person at reception and she allowed us to keep out luggage for an extra hour in the room and we appreciate that.

  : bedding was clean and hygienicI really relaxed a lot AT HOME WHEN I LEAVED THIS PROPERTY!!!
  : What is purpose of your travel? if quite, you will not find it if owner is at home. When we arrived to room we found splash on table from cleaning so welcome drink was cleaning table but ok we laughed its nothing but this is what we didnt expected-:Owner of property destroyed our vacation. There is nothing (its village) so if you are going to see great views and relax in quiet (as we was) ask if owner will be at home. This was disaster never again.You can think if pets are not allowed that you will not hear dog barking. Forget! Owner has a dog and is living on third floor. So if you will get room on second floor under their living room you are done MONEY WASTED. I asked owner for changing floor I used just two glasses owner of property told me that will be a lot of cleaning I was 5 min in propertySo for washing 2 glasses she rather destroyed my vacation. I cant imagine to do this to my customers in ANY business!!! And yes you will hear every step from third floor. From 5 bulbs 3 are not working this is saying a lot about any accomodation if there is even nobody to change bulbs. I have been on this place so I came back but this time it was disaster NEVER AGAIN. If you are going there ask if owner will be at home if yes dont go there Its vilage you are going to relax if you will wake up at night 5 times for steps and dog barking you are not going to be RELAXED. This place does not deserve more than 8.0 rating. Everything is just outdated. If you cant do anything there, you cant sleep you cant watch youtube becaue TV screens are 11 years old. Two smartsticks with at least netflix account or english channels! no nothing just noisy owner with fake smile. For 100usd per night forget on any shower gel, it stayed in history there are just holes from holder

  : The best view from the our room. There is a big bath. I really enjoyed it.
  : I would like more coffee for 4 nights. We run out of it on the second day :( There was quite a bad soundproofing. I couldn't choose a room by myself during booking.

  : Awesome window view of the mountains and river. 2 castles are close to visit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was served enough. Wifi is good for online movies.
  : For 1 week stay there is lack of washing machine and toilet paper.Only one small shop and one restaurant in the place.

  : Before coming by 2 days the owner shocked me by these words:(Your friends from the country made a lot of noise at our place and made a lot of starts - maybe we will give you your money back and you can change the hotel.) which spoiled my trip but we came and found main door closed and later a laundry man opened it and left, then tried to open the apartment by the code (wrong code) but called the owner no reply, until a neighbor called her.
