Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 2.75 per hour.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that children are allowed upon request in the Family Room.

Please note that the hotel is entirely non-smoking and a fine will be incurred if guests break this rule.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartments in a tidy state upon check-out by making sure that dishes are washed, bed sheets taken off the beds and the floors are cleaned.

Please note this accommodation does not have sea view.

Please note that a safety deposit of 200 EUR is required for the One-Bedroom Apartment with View. This can be paid upon arrival in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the accommodation.
