  : The breakfast was very nice. I also appreciate that, when we decided to cut our stay short because our expectations were not being met, we received our money for the nights we cancelled back - even though the cancellation policy was clear that there were no refunds after checkin.
  : It's hard to believe that this is really a 4star hotel, it's old, badly maintained, and dirty. There are stains everywhere on the carpet in the hallway, the room itself has furniture that's falling apart, the bathroom was full of mold and dirt (dirt that has been there for so long, it can't really be cleaned any longer), the mattresses are super worn out and you can hear the springs when you move in the bed. There is no A/C, not even fans (we were there during a heatwave and the stuffyness of the room was unbearable), the walls are so thin you hear every movement/sentence from the neighbors and the hallway. It's not particularly family friendly either due to the small room size, the thin walls ... And, what surprised us the most, is that when we arrived on a Sat late afternoon, there were only 2 tiny handtowels in the room. We requested more towels and were told that the hotel had run out of towels - very inconvenient to say the least, esp. since we were traveling with our 1 year old.
