  : The room was spacious and clean. It looks like the rooms have been recently renovated, which can not be said about the rest of the hotel.The location is good, in the vicinity of Veluwe.
  : The shared areas of the hotel are so basic and old. It doesn't look very welcoming.

  : Rude receptionist. We understand that during the holiday season and the hotel was clearly under staffed / had trainees working, there is no excuse to have a rude receptionist. We did not see her again after that so we are hopeful that she was just a temp and is not a reflection of staff at Fletcher's. Rest of the staff was were very nice.

  : The hotel is situated at a beautiful location, with many options for walking and cycling
  : Arrived at the room (203, I think it was), with piced of food caked at the wall, and a ventilator filthy with dust and stains. As I could expect this from former visits (and no other hotels were available in the surroundings), I let it pass. Went for a drink in the bar, and after our drinks were served, we waited for over 40 minutes for a snack that never arrived at our table, but yes, was on the bill. After complaining, the waitress said she was responsable for drinks, not food! No apology at all. Next morning, the hair dryer exploded in my wifes hand. So we go to the reception, where the receptionist is staring at the hairdryer, and after I "suggested" tom apologise, she did so. Got a new room assigned (315), because in the weekends, maintenance does not work in the hotel. When walking in, we observed the right curtain falling partly off the rail, and dirty at the back. Albeit, the elevator doors could use some paint too. Looks run down. I was promised a phonecall from the GM. Hopefully will get one.

  : The main building and restaurant were beautiful! Staff were helpful and accommodating!
  : The rooms were sparse and very worn looking. They need an update and repair. We found a condom wrapper on floor next to bed. Very disappointed with rooms.
