  : Staff were all very friendly, beds were comfy and room clean. Perfect location for what we were needing
  : Paid for bed and breakfast and only had breakfast fully on 1 of the 5 days we were there as the rest of the time there was nothing available. Several times had to keep asking staff when they were replenishing things and they only offer a very basic breakfast no cereal or toaster etc just breads, fruit and yoghurt and bacon/scrambled eggs if they have any. We were told on two mornings that the bacon rationing had been used for that morning so no more was available even though we were down early and the hotel had only a handful of guests at the time of our stay. The other mornings when bacon was available this was only being replenished after continually asking staff for over an hour each time. The only redeeming factor was upon check out when we complained about the breakfast they advised they will take this on board and work on this and wrote off our city tax bill of around 20. We really hope they do take our comments regarding breakfast on board as its the only major let down about this hotel.

  : Friendly staff, location is good for my requirements
  : I paid for a comfort room and was given a standard room. I was told that the Manager wasn't available and I couldn't get a credit as I'd booked with Booking.com The standard room doesn't have air con and it was 30+ degrees. Also, there were ants on the floor next to the bed. Room rate has increased.

  : The hotel is placed in the city centre but it is easy to be found and it offers its own parking at a reasonable cost ( 2,0 approx). The room are not large but essentials. It has its own restaurant which offers some nice options (Italian dishes, burgers, soups...) plus a good selections of drinks.
  : Wifi was not strong, cleaning could be improved. The biggest issue is that the hotel is old and the room had no air conditioning: it is equipped with a column fan that it is not cooling but just "moving" the air and makes noise. The room temperature was totally horrible... it was impossible to sleep as the heat was too much.

  : The staff was rude and they did not give me the room i ordered via booking. They let me stay in a room with no air conditioning and nithing was mentions on the booking i made about this issue. They wanted me to pay 20 euro extra to change a room i had already paid via booking.We were tired and wanted to rest and it was late but nobody cared...Definitely will neve be back at that hotel!
