  : The hosts welcomed us when we came and told us that they opened for three weeks ago. They have worked for a couple of years to have the place being ready for opening. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. All the rooms had a nice terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The breakfast was very good. We stayed for two nights, and if we ever visit this part of The Netherlands we would stay here again. We have traveled all around the world and have sometimes stayed at B & Bs, this is the best one ever.We had two rooms, one for our son and one for my husband and I. We are from Norway

  : Very peaceful location, 5 min drive to nearby town. Large room with seating, and large bathroom . Ability to cook meals and use kitchen. Lovely breakfast. We booked an extra night
  : Sun direct to rooms and weather warm so room hot, no a/c. Just needed a patio or shade (although there are some young trees).

  : It is a very nice looking place. Our room was large and looked clean, tidy, and well maintained. The bathroom looked nice and was also clean. There were communal spaces for anyone to use which we used to place some games in the evening. We had a large bed with a very comfortable mattress. The hosts were friendly and breakfast was good
  : A little expensive for a b&b. The duvet and sheets were just standard budget hotel bedding, which weren't bad but it wasn't great and didn't fit into the comfortable level and style of the rest of the room. After leaving the room to use the communal space, other guests had arrived in the room next to ours. This was made very clear by the fact that we very clearly could hear them talking through the wall as well as hear their tv and flushing of their toilet as if they were in our own bathroom. In the morning we were woken up by one of them using their hairdryer, which again sounded like it was in our room. Considering this whole place was renovated very recently, the lack of any sound insulation is very disappointing and left a lot to be desired. It was also initially a struggle to find the place because there was only a single small sign which was mostly obscured.
