Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments.

Please note that bed linen and towels can be rented at the accommodation at a surcharge of respectively EUR 9.50 and EUR 7.50 per set per person.

Please note that guests are able to change the bed configuration in certain rooms to add 2 additional beds.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years or older to make a reservation.
