  : Centrally located which was great
  : When I booked on booking .com it said they served breakfast, that there was a common room , tea coffee making facilities , code for instant access wrong no code at all . Was not what I had booked , got to the accommodation completely different . I questioned a member of staff when someone was actually in the restaurant, and then checked booking .com all the original photos of common room etc were taken down . Broken toilet seat , broken lights , shower head was fixed had to shower with shower head held over me . I even spoke to a gentlemen who said he had been visiting hotel carillon for two years and he said they had changed . Asked for coffee but was toldNo coffee has ever been made at property even though there is a coffee machine on the bar ? Party in the pub next door to hotel , went on till 4am this was also not put in the accommodation details . Had to ring for wifi password on 2 nd day someone answered the phone . I emailed the property but no response , check out time 10 30 am but on the poster on back of door it says 11 am ?

  : I like the location of the hotel, its really close to main station so we dont have to take anything to go there .
  : Because under the hotel is restaurant and its still noisy even 4 am :(

  : Location is amazing! Easy checkin and out. TV available with Netflix!
  : Very old bathroom, shower not entirely clean. The floor is slightly sloping which was a little weird but not too disturbing. Small beds in width. The lamps were positioned right above the beds and therefore it was hard to sit up against the wall to watch a movie comfortably. + the light switch was on the wall right above the bed as well. The pillow kept touching the switch in the middle of the night because of movement (so we had a slow disco at night with the light)

  : Great location, value for money, friendly staff. A little tip: don't read bad reviews - people shouldn't be booking what they choose and then bemoan the fact they did it on their own volition! Everyone has other choices. Yes, it's not a Ritz, you get what you pay for!

  : The 24/7 access into property by using door that leads directly to rooms. Peace and quiet throughout hotel at night mainly music and people in restaurants bars/clubs within walking distance from hotel day or night. Locals,shops,sight seeing only because I've been here more than once and it keeps getting better making more discoveries during the day has you can shop in local shops and pick up on dutch culture and way of life
  : Make sure you hold key at all times when exiting rooms or going out off hotel

  : The bathroom was very clean
  : The stairs are very narrow and the handrail does not cover both sides of the stairs. In some places there was no handrail. No lift. There was a funfair in the square, outside my window, with loud music, screaming and lights until 11 pm the first night and midnight the 2nd night. I was not notified of this in advance. There was an open exposed socket which I thought was very dangerous and not acceptable. (Picture enclosed.) There was a hairdryer but it was not working, not the right plug, and when asked for another one they never got back to me. I was going to a family wedding and had no facility to dry my hair and it was very cold and windy that day. Very upsetting. My son, who had a room booked for 1 night ,asked if he could check in early as he was going to the family wedding too, they never let him know when the room was ready even though we asked to be informed, so he had to use my bathroom to get ready. The music and screaming from the funfair was so loud I could not hear the tv. Not a lot of sleep both nights. If I had been informed of the funfair( picture enclosed ) I would have chosen a different hotel. There was no one in reception early in the morning , they open between 10 and midday from what I could make out, there seems to be a very flexible approach to opening. They asked me to pay even though I paid for both rooms prior to arrival, no communication between staff members.

  : Location was nice
  : The window did not work so all the late night restaurants goers were right outside and could wear there conversation till the wee hours of the morning. Ear plugs definitely recommended.

  : Steep small stairs, musty odor in stairwell, shower faucet handle broken, low water pressure, my room had a bad outside view.

  : Front desk clerk was accommodating, attentive and polite on arrival.
  : Bare bones. Worn. Poor communication prior to visit. Very loud at 0300 hours. Horrible bowed mattress on bed.
