  : I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, I am generally not someone to complain about my stays hence why I always choose to book via Bookings. Where do I start though. For starters, when I checked in the receptionist could barely put a smile on her face, she couldnt seem to really understand what I was saying to her about the upfront payment that had been made, now I get your first language perhaps isnt english, however if youre engaging with people from various countries daily that could clearly be a problem.Secondly, the room she put us in was in the literal basement. We had absolutely ZERO wifi signal and had to pay extra for personal roaming which I ALSO couldnt pick up down there (explains why there were only two rooms down there)Bathroom in the room was an absolute joke, I am average height 1.72 and I hit my head EVERY single time when showering. My head towered over the shower head (not even exaggerating) and I had to bend down to get under the shower head. Terrible!! When I went to reception to ask to change after 2 days she completely disregarded it, didnt try and find a solutions and sent me on my way again.When I asked for a clothing iron, she said its 20 deposit. This is something Ive never had in any hotel either. The room constantly smelled stuffy as we were in the basement and on the last day our main light stopped working :)The highlight was the breakfast because it meant we left for the day.

  : The Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Moreover, the provided room for three was small and beds were very uncomfortable.

  : Convenient location opposite Centraal Station, trains go from the airport to here. Easy walking to many attractions. The hotel is clean and beds comfortable. Air con in the room was welcome as it was rather warm when we were there. Breakfast was fine. The staff on the front desk were really helpful. Our baggage was delayed for 48 hours by the airline and the hotel staff were sympathetic, letting us know as soon as it arrived.
  : Not enough storage in the room for our things (once they arrived) even for a 4 night stay. The hot breakfast items were lukewarm at best.
