  : The hotel location was great. This was our second stay in the hotel. When we booked we were not informed of the building work that was going on. The breakfast was in a room looking directly into the train tracks and the buffet was a long way apart. For example if you are siting g one end of the room it was a long walk to the other end to get bread toast butter and jams. On the sunday morning there was not enough pancakes and the kitchen was very slow making up eggs and other breakfast dishes.
  : As stated above it was clear this was all temporary set up but I am very disappointed with the property as a whole. Our room AC was not fully effective and the sink in the bathroom did not drain effectively we had to keep playing with the plug and drain so when washing our hands or brushing our teeth the water could drain. When we went to the Luminus bar we were treated very poorly, kept waiting over 30 minutes for our glass of wine to be told by the waiter inside we needed to be patient as it was rush hour. When we asked to take a seat on the terrace the host was again rude an abrupt telling us the empty tables where already but when I wanted to book a table out side earlier in the day I was told they do not reserve tables on the terrace. The price that we paid for our stay was one of the most expensive for the two nights in the city and it was not worth it. Such a shame as we had such a wonderful stay and experience in 2022 such a shame!

  : Below average
  : you pay more than what was indicated when reserved. They first say it is a blocked amount and the actual amount will be cut when i check out but that did not happen. When booking breakfast was included, when I check in they say it is not included, I don't know how they screw up the booking but that was very disappointing.

  : The breakfast is one of the best we have had!!
  : We paid extra for early check in, but were kept in limbo until after many inquiries was finally told our room was ready while waiting in the lobby approx 1.5 hours.

  : The bed was comfy.
  : Check in process was very long only two staff members at 3pm at a peak time. Very little food options whilst refurbishments are taking place. The rooms are very basic and most of the tv channels did not work. There also was no mini bar or water which you would expect given the price.

  : breakfast: Ordered omelette never arrived, cafe gone for lobby because of renovation works; 11th floor cafe was more a discotheque with entrance police.
