: The family running this place were lovely and welcoming and very helpful about Ulcinj. The room was good, beds had a privacy curtain. A decent social courtyard and a workable kitchen.
: The owner was carrying out maintenance when I was there. The shower was lukewarm, there was a water heater outside the bathroom that needed activated.

: The host put much love in extending and modernizing the hostel, everything is well kept.Still, the kitchen is shared with the host family. So they are always around, and them being lovely people gives the place a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

: The hostel is in a great location with wonderful bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores all withing walking distance. The host was very helpful, gave us recommendations on what to do and see within Ulcinj and also recommended some tasty restaurants. You can easily walk to the old town and nearby beaches from the hostel. We stayed in a private room, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. We had a mini fridge in our room which was really nice to be able to store any drinks or food as well as a small stove top to make coffee or tea.
: The outdoor kitchen is tight, only one person can truly cook at a time. It could do with more cooking utensils (there was no spatula) and oil to help food not stick to the pans. More hooks in the bedrooms would be beneficial as there was not a lot of hanging space. At the time we stayed, we did not feel that it was a social hostel.
