  : Unfortunately yes. This is NOT a hotel but really a planned community that is rented out. So each unit is in a "pool." The units really weren't built quite right with tight spaces and poor outlet placement.

  : The apartments are rather new and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dish-washer, etc. The territory is picturesque and clean. Good variety of restaurants both on the first line and on the mountain (Piazza Centrale).
  : The service is awful, better to say there is no service at all. Marina beach constantly didt provide the towels they aim to provide during their working hours due to ups, they have just finished; the beach staff didnt say you hello and were not friendly. The most ridiculous and unprofessional issue took place on the date of our departure: the day before we agreed with reception through their official chat in Whatsapp to stay 2 hours more after the official check-out time (from the chat: It is possible, it will be our pleasure if you stay longer, we just ask you to let us know how long you plan to stay, so that we can inform our HSK team not to enter the apartment), but on the next day they started to press us to leave the apartments sharp at check-out: Unfortunately, in the meantime the apartment has been reserved, so we need to prepare it for other quests. You can use any of the facilities in the village until your departure time. Is this the way this property handles all its business, I wonder? Does the word commitment make any sense?
