  : The restaurant staff was nice and friendly
  : The worst hotel we have stayed so far. When we reached, the hotel manager was not present. We were given a very small and stinky room by restaurant staff (who spoke to hotel manager on phone and was probably told to give a room whatever is available) in which Air conditioner did not work. We complained about A/C, they asked us to wait until hotel manager arrives. We waited in restaurant area for about 45 minutes until he arrived. He was not so friendly. He took us to another room and asked us to shift our luggage to new room. To our surprise, the room did not have balcony, it also did not have sea and Mountain View (they advertise sea and Mountain View in room description). We asked him to give room with the view, he mentioned none of the rooms have balcony. We already were tired, so we didnt argue and took the room. It was smelling very bad, it seems the toilet outlet are common and open and thus smell from other room flushes enter our room too. This was the case with first room too. The mat in the room was so dirty, the bed made crunching noise when laying or turning around. On our last night, we found a rat in our room running around. It was a terrible stay, we just wanted our holiday to end. The manager being unfriendly on first day, we did not bother to complain to him, we just wanted to complete our vacation and leave the place.

  : Terrible smell in room, no hot water in bathroom, TV did not function, no Wi-Fi in room, no parking, park in street one km away. Staff unkind. Very noisy until midnight.
