  : The Little House and location were both stunning and exceeded our expectations. Maya and her sister are great hosts and speak excellent English. Communication was very good prior to and throughout our stay. Maya and her family are available at the (well stocked) village shop or contactable by text and helped with taxis and other advice. The house is in an ideal, quiet location with direct access to the sea. Its been renovated very tastefully and is very open, spacious and has all you need over 3 floors. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space. All bedrooms have a lovely sea view, and the main bedroom is particularly spacious. Beds were comfortable, the property was very clean throughout, with plenty of equipment in the kitchen and good dining options inside and out. The two showers are very good and there's a third loo on kitchen level. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient and there's even underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There are plenty of deck chairs. The area feels very safe and the neighbours friendly, including the cats. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance, but only 1 (The Amfora Hotel) was still open every day in mid October. A taxi to Kotor cost us 7 euros using Stefans local taxi company (booked for us by Maya). NB If you like walking theres a lovely route over the hills behind the village to Perast (about 6.5miles) on a well-marked path, its 2,250ft climb and the same down but the views and beer in Perast are worth it! Buses on the hour back, or a taxi @ 5 euros. In all it appears to be one of the best locations on the bay if you like a quiet retreat but still within an easy drive or taxi ride to Kotor. It took us 2 hours to drive to Dubrovnik from here, although suspect that may be longer in peak season.
  : As mentioned previously a BBQ would be nice, but not essential and maybe a sunbed option as well as deck chairs, but we're being picky here! Deck chairs are more in keeping with the property.
