  : The apartment's location is very good, near to the beach. The host is very nice and helpful, also answers the messages very quickly.
  : Our room was very hot. Although there was an air conditioner in the room (which looked very clean as well) it could not chill the room very good.

  : Room was very clean, location is good, 3 min walk down to beach/promenade through bigger hotel, lady cancelled my last night for free, which i liked, parking of scooter was easy in this area, aircon working well, i missed a locker and a fridge in the room
  : The house has no real sign with the accomodation name, so it was hard to find, the house had no visible housenumber, so i was wondering around for a longer time, would be good to have a visible sign with "guesthouse topla" and housenumber, check-in was not happening, i called the lady and she told me where to go and where key is, its a bit noisy in the evening/night from the beach promenade party, shower was cold

  : I used the transfer from Dubrovnik airport provided by the host and everything went smoothly. The apartment is lose both to the Old town and the beach. Elena and Dragan are very nice and friendly.
  : It was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't manage this heat. If you open the window, you can hear loud music from the embankment, so it's hard to sleep before 1 am. I wish I knew that I should pay for the apartment by cash - this caused a small confusion. Sorry again for this!

  : The location is great, very close to the beach and to the city center. The room was clean, and had a small kitchen. It also opens onto a small garden / patio, and has a table where you can sit in the morning and at night when there is no sun. There is an electric stove, and plenty of dishes and silverware.
  : The wi-fi was basically non-existent in room N1. The owner promised to fix it, and on my last day there someone arrived to see what the problem was. I do not know if it was fixed later. The room doesn't have an AC either. However, I didn't need it, and slept well with just the window open. There is also a fan you can use (but I didn't). What is worse is that at night you can hear the music from the bars / clubs nearby. It usually stops at 1am, but if you are an early bird (unlike me), or have kids, it may be a problem for you.

  : The guest house was in a perfect place near to beach, restaurants and congress hotel. The room was cosy and beautifully designed. It had very good retro feeling. I liked the chocolates too. The kitchen was very functional.

  : Owner really nice and helpful.Room exactly as described, with everything we need for our short stay. Literally 2 minutes walking from the beach, but in a quiet location.Recommended!

  : Once I was finally allowed to occupy the room that I had reserved 4 months ahead of time, it was as expected based on the description for "Family Suite with Balcony". Good bed, AC worked, normal shower (although no way to hold the shower head upright, you have to keep it up with one hand). Nice view from the balcony towards the sea. Keep in mind, the washing machine and kitchen are shared with all of the other rooms (aside from the room that I had been put in at first, which does not have access to any of the shared facilities!).
  : When I arrived I was put in a different room than the one I had reserved. First the host tried to convince me that the first room was "even better" than the room which I had reserved (which I later found out was clearly a blatant lie). The host told me that, since I was a solo traveler, I did not deserve to stay in the room which I had reserved, and that she chose to put other guests there instead. Only after insisting that I would need the room since my father would be joining me for the last 2 nights did she allow me to change to the room that I reserved, and she said that i would have been denied access to the room that I had booked had I not told her my father would be staying with me. This is clear discrimination against solo travelers, and totally without regard for the reservation that I had made 4 months in advance. Regarding the room that I was forced to stay in for the first night, "Studio Apartment" with 25 m^2: It was dirty, with spiderwebs and cobwebs in all of the windows, and hair from unknown sources (other people/animals) on the table cloth and rugs. The shower curtain was torn in numerous places and moldy, and was barely hanging on. The bed was uncomfortable (WAY too soft) and also loud (bad springs?). The room was extremely loud (sources unknown, potentially from water pipes of neighboring units?), making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, there were no curtains on the windows, so I was woken up with the sun at 6 am or whatever time sunrise is ( due to an uncovered window on the eastern side of the room). Overall it was an extremely disappointing start to my trip, and I also had to miss an important part of my work event to change rooms once the host finally allowed it.
