: the location is a bit exhausted to get to if you are without car. mind your physical strength before booking.

: Communication could be better. We had to wait until 10 for the person who takes care of the formalities and payment. We did not receive all the answers (SMS)

: The view from the balcony is nice.
: The building is on a hill and away from the sea over 1 km, and from the nearest beach over 2 km. It is located at 80 m above sea level, so if you do not have a car you will have a very strenuous walk every day. From the middle of the street until the end, there is no public lighting and it is quite uncomfortable to return at night. During the 17 days of the stay, the apartment was never cleaned, neither towels nor bed linen were replaced. The internet is very bad, practically unusable. The property charges more than stated on the booking confirmation! Despite the stated city tax in the amount of 10%, the owner requested that an additional 17 per person be paid in the name of the city tax. I checked that the city tax is 1 per person / day, and it remains unclear what the owner charges in that additional 10%. There is a webcam that records who and when enters and leaves the apartment, and if you value privacy this is not the apartment for you. For additional persons who spend the night in the apartment it is necessary to pay 10 per person / day. But in addition, we were charged 10 euros for the engagement of a person who collects money, which is absolutely unjustified.

: You have a great view from the large terrasse, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is complete, the shower is luxurious and hot, the wifi works very well, just like the airco. The host is kind and very helpful. We had some starting problems but actions were taken so that all was solved. It is also easy to find as there is a sign adria bay.
