  : Very close to the sea. Just across the street you have wonderful seaside. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is oarking area that belngs to the hotel. I suggest you take taxi to the old city center. Dont use your own car cause the street which sorrounds the bay is very narrow and sone drivers are not careful enough. Overall we had a great ecperience.

  : The view was beautiful and the bedroom was nice. The staff was helpful withy print-out I really needed for my bus trip.
  : I felt a bit like a cash cow.. the prices about the loaner bike varied a lot, at the premises it said 12per day and hourly rates, but when I asked the lady, it was suddenly not possible anymore to rent hourly (it was already 6pm) only for the full day and suddenly it was 14. Also some of the staff was super nice but some just walked away when I had a question. The bathroom was very tiny, I could barely turn around. The location is very far from the center, I wish they made it a little easier for guests without cars, to get there. Walking takes around 45 minutes and is impossible in the heat.

  : Although it is not in the center of Kotor, it has a very nice swimming area right across from it. The view from the room we stayed in was beautiful. It is a hotel that can be preferred again in terms of price performance.

  : The hotel parking, the location by the lake, the view, the price, and the breakfast
  : The owner took our passports and gave it back only an hour later and because we asked. She then checked it thoroughly for the airport stamping. I didn't really understand the purpose of this check. It never happened to me at any hotel.All the guest rooms are at the second floor and there are four staircases to climb without an elevator. No one offered help with our luggage, and it was difficult to get them up.The room itself is kind of an attic. I hit my head several times at the diagonal ceiling when entering the room from the bathroom. The bathroom is so tiny that there is even no space where to hang the towel and no real door to close, just a curtain.The porch is tiny. Only a single person can sit at a chair.The hotel itself is not directly next to the lake, but a second row to the lake
