  : The parking is outside the old city, about 200 meters walk. We had to cancel one day of our stay due to personal reasons, the owner did not agree to refund the money...

  : Our bus was delayed so we arrived way after checkin of 8pm. Host met us personally to hand over keys to us. There was no kettle and Mirko bought a new one., By the time we were back from the days outing, kettle was at flat! Also we asked for late checkout and Mirko assisted. We also had place to leave our bags until our late afternoon, departure from Montenegro. Location is awesome, in the middle of Old Town.
  : There was no tea/coffee or toiletries provided, which was the norm for all other accomodation in Dubrovnik and montenegro, To be fair, i didnt ask the host.

The property asked us to pay city tax twice. The calculation and breakup provided by Booking.com was straightforward. When questioned, the property tried to cover up by saying sometimes VAT is split in different ways, they will contact Booking.com etc.The property did not accept card payment when the booking confirmation from Booking.com clearly says that property accepts all forms of payments. At great inconvenience and cost to me I ended up paying in cash.Our booking was made based on the long list of facilities mentioned in Booking.com. Though the room was good, it definitely did not match up to the expectations it set.

  : The location was brilliant, right in the centre of the old town. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the apartment had a good-sized balcony
  : Very few free parking places. We paid for parking most of the time. We stayed for 4 nights and only once had free parking. There was a smell from the kitchen area. There is very little storage, only one tiny wardrobe that was full of spare blankets and pillows. We had to pay in cash, even though it said credit cards were accepted on our booking confirmation. Our hosts were not very helpful with regard to payments or parking.
