: The property is located on the waterfront with direct access to the beautiful waters of Kotor Bay. It is set in a residential street that borders the bay, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll. We had a car and it took us just 10 min to Kotor town, although it could take a bit longer in traffic. We enjoyed the spacious balcony and its fantastic view, as well as the warm hospitality of the host, Mr Djuro, who made us feel welcome and part of the family. Breakfast was nice and well presented and sufficient for us. They have a restaurant onsite next to the water and the food was nice and well presented. There was (very limited) street parking in front of the hotel.
: The room was smaller than we thought. We traveled with one medium hard shell each and could not keep even one open. The room was not cleaned/made on the first day , so I asked the following morning whether it would be cleaned and was told that it would be, but it wasnt. The only thing they did was remove the used tea cups from the previous day and give us a new roll of toilet paper. The bed was uncomfortable. The reception and breakfast area could be improved dramatically with a good and much needed tidy up. Staff smoke in the breakfast room and while serving food in the restaurant without regard for the guests. The property displays a sign listing it as four stars but I dont understand why or how they got this rating. We stayed in two other hotels in Montenegro that were four stars and there was just no comparison both in the quality of the rooms and facilities or the quality and level of service.

: No door on the main bedroom and not enough cooking facilities eg hot plate, cutlery and more crockery to allow for some self catering.
