  : I was welcomed with a bottle of wine and some snacks. The apartment is brand new and very clean. The balcony has a nice view of the wall of Kotor and the bay. There's a secret footpath that takes you to the water much faster than the winding road. There's detergent next to the washing machine. Heaters that quickly warm up the place during the colder months. All in all I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  : The environment right outside the apartment/balcony area: construction; burning of things. The bedroom furniture has flared legs, which takes up more space than it needs to in the already compact bedroom, resulting in one side of the bed having too much space while the other side barely any. I had to turn the nightstand sideway in order to be able to access both sides of the bed.

  : The apartment is nice and clean. It is walking distance to the promenade with cafes and restaurants, also walking distance to the old town. It meets every basic need in terms of appliances and kitchenware.
  : The ceiling is sooo low (about 2.10m) plus it's the last floor, which results in constant overheating. Leaving the windows open or leaving the air-conditioning on doesn't help either, it's just hot and humid - and we were here in may. The kitchen could use some upgrade, it's a little poorly equipped. The neighbours have a big dog, left in a small cage, which doesn't stop barking and you can't sleep. As for the "walking distance to the old town", yes it's really ok, but there is no sidewalk and the drivers don't really care for you.

  : The location of the house is good, there is a market under it. / You can reach the host by phone at any time. He does not stay in the same building as you, but I think he is staying nearby, he is with you at the time you agreed. / The house has everything you need. Both rooms have air conditioning and television. / It's nice that the host collects the accommodation fee on the day you check in.
  : The exterior of the building is plastered and unpainted. The first time I went, I said I hope this isn't the place. Renovated inside. / The house is located on the upper floor of an old building with an external staircase and an annexed floor. / The house has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, a sofa bed and a bathroom. The photos show the inside of the house much larger, much smaller than it seems. / There are 2 toilet papers and 1 paper towel for 7 days stay. / Limited sea view

  : No provided information about the tourist registration...in my point of view, this step was not even done by the hostPretty far from the old town - 20 minPretty far from the nearest clean beach - around 20 min. The nearest beach is approximately 10 min, however it is not visible to swim due to dirty beaches.We have been a little bit negatively surprised, that Kotor and its beaches is not really comfortable and dirty, compare to other cities. For sure it is necessary to visit it, but one day is more, than enough in terms not to waste the time.

  : Good location, good kitchen & cooker big fridge freezer great WiFi & smart TV with Netflix's prime & utube ect, 2 air-conditioning in the apartment one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, smart TV in bedroom also lovely bathroom & shower, shop below the apartment with wine beers & food right on your door step , other supermarket very close aswell , Stefano the own spoke great English, good communication by WhatsApp, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends, oh lovely views of the sea & mountains. Oh and bottles of water & juice given on arrival.
  : Due to the roads being renamed the apartment hasn't got a number which we found a little difficult to find but local helped us with that, so otherwise all good
