  : The location, it was perfect! I also have to say that the local manager who welcomed us was marvelous, she was really friendly, always reachable and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible
  : The fridge did not work when we arrived, the local manager had it replaced pretty quickly, but the second one wasn't fully functional either - even though we set it to the lowest degree, our water bottles were almost room temperature.The worse thing however was the bed, or should I say the lack of it - we did not have a normal bed, like in the pictures show when you look up the property, we had a couch!! It was very uncomfortable so the local manager tried to help by giving us a blanket to soften it up, but it didn't help much. This was really frustrating, especially given the fact we stayed for 6 nights! The apartment is obviously an additional improvised set up, but regardless of the looks, we at least expected a real bed! To sum it up, out of the 3 things you really need on a summer vacation: 1-bed, 2-fridge, 3-air conditioning, this property only got 1 thing right-we had no issue with the air conditioning. So I as a paying customer, I have to say I'am really disappointed!

  : Raffaelo beach and the pedestrian street by the sea is 2min by foot.
  : The beds were not confortable, you delay your move while sleeping because everytime you do it - the bed sounds like it would crash. We had some navigation problems finding the Apartment and then contacted the owners. They did tried to navigate us, but still should have tried better (for ex: they should have told the lady who works there just to get outside and meet us.) Instead of that, we had some 3 or 4 circles around the city and at the end, when we finally found it, we were forced alone to find a parking place and pay for it for 3 days!!!If they organized better, we would have find them sooner and would have had a free parking place.Also, every night the music from the beaches is too loud and keeps you awake until early in the morning.

  : Apartment just few meters away from main walking street, restaurants and beaches. It's perfect location for visiting city center and walk along bay. Cleaning not bad, however apartment requires maintenance on few simple things.
  : Apartments on photo are looking much better than in real life. My kids got apartment on upper level where sunlight were available, however I got one down in basement, with only one window and door. Couldn't have window open, since there are direct view to bedroom from outside. Bathroom requires more maintenance. As example it would be nice to have shower head attached to wall, instead of holding it in hands while washing off salt after beach.
