: The location is a little off the beaten path. Don't try to use the satellite navigation. Far better to use a map. Once you find it, it is great. Just ensure that you cross the rail track and head towards the stream/small river, as the building is on the embankment. The hostess was a very warm and welcoming. Always on hand to help and gave us direction to market, shops and a dentist. We couldn't be more pleased with her and hope to stay in future. We were very happy with her presence and being close by to guide us. There is a washing machine available, a decent sized living room, two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and a kitchen benefitting from a full sized oven. Very pleased with ability to cook and prepare New Years' Eve meal there. The balcony is spacious with view of the river however, it was December and too cold to really enjoy. Would be superb in summer. Parking is off road and secure. There is a small shop not too far away. We drove but walking is possible. Two larger supermarkets are again not too far with a car. It takes 5 minutes to get to the centre of Bar and the aeroport in Podgorica is approximately 45+ minutes away. Internet is good too with a reliable service. We really enjoyed our time there and wish to return
: I have no bad words about the stay or the hostess. Just information for the benefit of guests with respiratory issues. The windows leaked water and the air circulation couldn't prevent mold spores appearing on the walls, on the luggage and near the windows. I think they may be related to the type of construction (concrete) which has condensation in winter time. A solution may be space heaters left on at a low temperature to reduce the poor insulation effects of concrete and keep the air dry. Just a polite thought. I would still return to stay as I liked the hostess and the apartment.
