  : Nice hotel. Good location, walking distance from center of Memel. Nice buildings around this area and Svyturys brewery restaurant just 5 mins walk. Safe and easy parking at the hotel. Free water available. Nothing wrong about the room. Would happily stay here again.
  : Bathroom wasnt the best and had slightly odd smell in there. Should be renovated. Still good enough for normal person.

Disappointing

  : The location was really good as it was walking distance from the city center. The rooms were clean and free parking was available at the property as advertised.
  : Everything else was very disappointing unfortunately. When booking this accommodation it was advertised that the host would speak English which was not the case. It was also stated that breakfast was available at the property for an additional fee of 7, but upon arrival we were informed that it isn't available on Sundays which was not mentioned in the booking app. The rooms were described as soundproof which was very far from the truth. The doors of the rooms are horrible and we could hear when anyone in our hallway was locking or unlocking their door and it sounded like they were unlocking the door to our room. The bed in our room had an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress so we didn't manage to get much sleep either and we woke up with back pain. However, the biggest disappointment of all was that the pool that was advertised was not available. I am not sure what the reason is, the host explained it in Russian, but none of us understand Russian well enough to be able to understand what the host said unfortunately.

  : The personal didn't know English almost at all. The doors were moist of the time locked (the ones from where we didn't have a key)

  : Kids liked using the pool. Breakfast was good. Place was very spacious.
  : Have to watch younger children, as there are stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are and no way to block them.Most electric outlets didn't work, but there was enough working ones for charging.
