  : Isabell at the reception was really helpful: giving us advise on where to go, made several calls to book us umbrellas and sunbeds and was always kind and supportive. Location is nice, quite far away from the noise. There is also private parking and a nice pool.
  : Breakfast was very average, also a bit difficult to find the place, better to give them a call for detailed directions. View is nice but the windows rather small so pick a room with a balcony.

  : No noise aloud we had a speaker on a balcony and got shouted to turn it off at 2130. This is very early. Check out was at 1000 however our flight wasnt until 2100. The lady told us if we stay by the pool last 1pm on day of check out we have to pay extra. Extortionate prices for snacks, drinks and hot food. Pool is freezing cold and its an inflatable pool not a proper pool.

  : The location of the hotel is very far from the center. Guests depend on the hotel's shuttle, and The hotel shuttle is not punctual. The driver passes through two points before arriving at the Vico Equense train station. Guests will always miss the train by one minute, and wait for the next train, a 30 minute wait!On the first day, we informed the reception staff that there were ants all over the room, even in the bed, and that we were stung at night. They said it would be treated, but it was not treated. And we slept like that for 5 nights! We asked a hotel employee to fill our bottle with tap water from the bar. He then issued us a receipt and said he would check if we should be charged for this water. tap water...Guests who want to go to the beach with the hotel's shuttle will pay the beach managers between 40-50 for two chairs and an umbrella. On this beach there is no place to spread a towel on the sand and enjoy yourself for free. The hotel does not have an arrangement with the beach, nor does the hotel have any vouchers too.The breakfast is very poor, there is no selection of cheeses or vegetables. The employees are nice and the rooms are comfortable. Except for our incident. In any case, we will not recommend our friends to stay there. Sorry.

  : all staff very friendly, happy to chat and advise on local amenities. Free shuttle bus in to town on a regular basis. Lovely breakfast. Quiet location after busy towns.
