  : The location was fantastic, the attic apartment was comfortable and suited our needs. I would recommend it to any family wanting to visit Venice.

  : On 4 th floor, no lift, very steep narrow slippery stairs to climb, with no for warning. No toilet paper, washing powder, and only used dish cloth in kitchen. Stains on lounge cover.

  : The location is very central, only 3-4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The cafe on the corner is fantastic. The apartment is reasonably well presented and good value for money given the location. The host was organised, punctual and accommodating.
  : We all got bitten by mosquitos at night in the apartment (more eaten alive!), so take some repellent! The shower is so ineffective it was more of a dribble - easy to fix and would have made such a difference to our stay. The climb to the apartment would be very hard for elderly and those with very small children - it’s steep!

  : No soap,shampoo etc provided (not even to wash your hands). Toilet paper from previous guest almost finishing and told none would be provided, this was very disappointing especially given the cost of the apartment.

  : Loved the location, easy to meet greeter at vaporetto stop and shown how to find the apartment. Apartment was snug but had 3 bedrooms and a good living area. Washing machine was small but useful. Terrific base for our time in Venice.
  : It's at the top of 3 flight of stairs, each steeper than the last. Worth it for the location but not easy with bags and would not recommend for older or frail. Also loads of mosquitoes affected sleep comfort.

  : Daria was our welcome committee, and she did a great job. Our flight was diverted and our arrival delayed - but this was no problem to Daria who met us at the agree point and assisted us to the apartment; gave us local information; instructed us on using the apartments devices and wifi etc, and was available through WhatsApp for other info. too. The apartments location is perfect; it was very clean; and the beds comfortable. The living area is spacious as is the master bedroom.
  : The only real complaint we could make would be the shower - the head of which was both 'burst open', so the majority of water was flowing out from the cap rather than through the shower holes themselves; and was permanently pointing down and to the wall, and could not be positioned in any practical place - it just kept falling. This is such a simple issue to resolve (shower heads being a few Euro) that it really was disappointing.Other than that, a great stay.Finally - for information only, it is rather a steep staircase up to the apartment, and although only officially two floors - the height is such that it's probably the equivalent to climbing three, and the final few steps to the apartments front door are on a curve and so a little difficult to navigate; not an issue for us, but I'm not certain it's highlighted well on the website.
