WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Venice Dream House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that this property offers apartments in several locations. The apartment descriptions contain the individual address where check-in takes place.

Check-in between 18:00 and 19:00 comes at an extra cost of EUR 30, while check-in after 19:00 costs EUR 50. Check-in after 22:00 is available on request. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
