  : Perfect location just a few steps from St. Mark's Square! Spacious apartment. Practical kitchen. Friendly and accommodating owner.
  : Accommodation a little rustic, in need of a little freshening up. The handles of the bedroom window and of the main door remained in my hand. No reaction from the owner when we sent him the photos. I assume that arrangements have been made to fix this problem

  : I was unable to open the lock box with the provided code as the keys got jammed in the lock box opening mechanism inside. Recommend a larger lock box be installed which can more easily store two sets of keys, that way they cannot get stuck.
  : - No microwave or dishcloths in kitchen, some sugar would have been a nice touch. Pots and pans are very old and used for a luxurious apartment. - Very squeaky bathroom door, needs oil, toilet seat moved, needs repair. - We had to buy toilet paper (only 1.5 roles provided for 4 days stay family of 4) - Mosquitos (suggest mosquito nets on windows, children had numerous mosquito bites) - Master bedroom two mattresses moved apart (suggest one large mattress on the box spring versus two) - No TV in master bedroom - Apartment was very cold on arrival took a day to warm up, we had to buy batteries for airco unit to use as extra heating - Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable for the kids, suggest new bed with better mattress
