  : Impression od dirty place (and environement); even if very properly cleaned - the fresh smell (of the detergent) was even too strong (seemed like trying to hide some natural smell of the place And of the Venice generally. (I was actually a bit disappointed from the city itself generally; sonit is maybe not a fault of this appartement that the area is so dirty and dark.)) The old-fashioned looking apartement from the first photo on Booking.com is fake; the real apartement looks completely different; but this is something I have already expected (thanks to the comments of people previously accomodated there). What can be really confusing is the asdress od the reception, which is unknown to some map-apps (but googlemaps know it and show you the right way!;)).

  : Good value and good location, thought it took us more than 30 mins to find out where it actually was.
  : The Google address is NOT CORRECT. You really should follow the text instruction of hotel. Also most lights in the apartment were not working.

  : Location was good, Wi-Fi good, beds comfortable. hotel staff showed us where it was that was helpful on the first day.
  : Apartment is a bit run down, smaller than expected, front door only locked with key, wardrobe door broken so cant use, hair dryer overheats. Wallpaper peeling off. Kitchen and shower very small. Little contact from the host on things such as how to get to the hotel and how to get to the airport using local transport.

  : We've been given an incorrect address and it wasnt easy to find the correct one. We got a wet, stinky apartment, different from the one in the pictures. If we had to stay there for two or more nights we would have to find something else. Wifi worked fine.

  : It was a weekend and Venice was busy and I think this is the going rate, especially when we booked late. The place was conveniently located, its quite an old and basic property on the ground floor but it had what we needed for a simple overnight stay. After checking out we were able to leave our bags in the B&B where we dropped off the keys which was handy.
  : It was a bit difficult to find our way to the place where we had to collect the keys and we needed help with the navigation but the host was good at communicating over WhatsApp

  : Great location. Very central apartment.
  : We had a few issues with the apartment.Firstly there was an ant/bug infestation on arrival to the apartment. The ants got into our luggage and all over one of the beds. It was late on our arrival, so we had to strip the bed, clean the floors and spray disinfectant around the whole apartment. They kept coming during the stay. We could not use one of the four beds due to bugs. On the second night, the other single bed collapsed into itself while one of the guests lay reading. She is small and fell right into the frame. The frame legs were obviously bent over time; two legs completely bent and two without any screws to hold the legs in place!The curtain rail above the bed fell on top of the guest when the bed collapsed. This was not securely fitted. We could not put on the air conditioning, as there was an awful smell of mold. There was mold visible in the air conditioning unit. One of the guests has asthma and began to cough within 5 minutes of turning it on. Really needs a filter change or clean. Really warm weather overnight, so hard to sleep with multiple guests packed into one double bed due to two beds down!On informing the hotel reception, we were passed on from one number to another. We were told it was too late (9pm) for them to fix the issue.therefore, 3 adult guests had to sleep on one double bed. We did not receive a proper apology, any incentives or money off the booking. Really great location, would have been all you need and excellent value for money if we did not have these awful issues. Not too happy with this stay for a 30th birthday celebration.
