  : The location of the apartment was fantastic. Within easy walking distance from all the main attractions and waterbus stations without being on the main tourist trail.
  : There were a lot of things wrong with the apartment but an email to the managing office met with a quick reply. Hopefully they can have all this issues fixed before renting the apartment again.

  : The location was excellent. Sabrina from Favilletours was an excellent host. She has looked after us very well during our stay.We knew that she was always available to help us out.

  : Lady where we picked the keys up was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and very understanding of foreign travellers could not have been more helpful 10/10. Location was perfect for us but instructions were a little confusing on the information we were given with regards to getting off at "San Zaccaria Danieli" going up the alley Calle delle Rasse - continue up alley good - then it has - turn onto the first alley on your right (should be..... follow alley to the end, turn left) and go past the Chemist...... It took us awhile but in the end we worked it out.
  : Once inside the property it was amazing and delightful. After settling ourselves we decided to go out to explore. Tried to open the door but could not get it open. We tried for 1/2 an hour then phoned for some help and tried to explain that the door would not open. The lady on the phoned was saying "Open the door Mam and step outside" the double dead bolt on the door had locked in and would not release no matter what we did. Waited another 1/2 an hour and they sent a repair man out. With us not speaking italian and him not speaking english we managed to communicate. We locked him inside with us and showed exactly what had happened. As we knew there was a fault with the dead bolt and it flicked over too many times and key from inside could not open it. About an hour later we eventually got out the door, He spoke to the lady himself and explained there was no way these people could get out the door and dangerous. He said he would get onto the maintenance people and get this sorted. With regards to the washer dryer, it would be a lot easier if there were actual instructions on how to use. Not all countries have washer/dryers to use and we found it most difficult. Even trying to google how to use did not make sense to us. After 3 hours your washing was still soaking wet. A couple more blankets in winter would have been nice too. Otherwise our stay was great and would have liked to stay longer.

  : No kitchen basics, air conditioner on third floor leaked, bunk bed was only one and was not really in its own room. House smelled musty

  : The location was central to St. Marks Square, and easily found. Lots of restaurants and shopping near bye.The space was comfortable for our group of 6.
  : As Senior citizens the 3rd floor bedrooms were a bit hard to access.
