  : All three Air-conditioning units didnt work; also the mosquito blind in front bedroom was broken and would not retract, so we couldnt close the outer shutter to try and reduce the street noise at night. An employee came to inspect and told us a technician would fix the problems the next day, but nobody came.En-suite shower room was tiny, with no shelf or hanging space.

  : The location was pretty good. It's a short walk to many of the locations we wanted to visit.
  : Directions to the location should have been better. Please provide an actual address or at least the name of the adjacent church if it's not possible to provide an address. This makes using Google Maps much easier. We spent nearly an hour trying to locate the apartment. Pictures of the building were provided and that did help.

  : The apartment is in a quiet place, about 12 min walk of St.Mark square and 6 min of Arsenale waterbus station.Nearby is a good restaurant with terrace.It has a real fridge and a complete kitchenette, with all you need (we found even some salt, sugar, instant coffee - probably from previous stay, but it were welcomed). The dorm is quite confortable, but it has only a fan, instead of a real air conditioning. In the living there is a portable air conditioner, but it does the job. In the living, is an extensible couch, which can accommodate (better or worse) two people.The best thing is you don't need to carry keys on you, because you can enter the apartment with a number code lock.The apartment looks like in photos, it has a special charm and a "Venice" kind of look, which it makes you feel in the right place.The place was very clean and sheets and towels also - I guessed professional cleaning, which is important.You have to pay around 4 euros per person per night city tax, which I didn't realise it's not included in the booking price, so be prepared.I can only recommend the place, first of all because it is right in the city of Venice which is very convenient and the quality/price ratio is very favourable.
  : The system of managing garbage, but it's not something related to that place only, but the politics of the city: you are not allowed to leave any garbage in the apartment, nor outside nearby, but you should take it to some garbage boats, between 8 and 10 o'clock in the morning, in some specific places of the city!!! Once again, I think that's the same in the entire Venice and is not a real criticism.What could be better? Maybe a net (mosquito net) at least one of the windows, to keep it opened during the night. And, also, another (portable) air conditioner in the dorm.I just remembered: we found in the bathroom only two pieces of shampoos (hotel type, maybe 5-10ml) for 4 people, for 3 nights - dear host, it's not enough.

  : Quiet area and a small grocery around the corner. Close enough to walk everywhere.
  : Attention! They offer several apartments and yours may not be the one with the pictures and address displayed. We really wanted apartment with balcony, this was the main reason why we chose this. Unfortunately, our apartment did not have a balcony. And the location was different than expected.
