  : This apartment is interesting as it share entrance with the Art Museum. When passing key, Lorenzo was super nice and helpful, he waited for our arrival at the promised time, and we get in right away. Definitely made the process key passing process least painless. The place is super clean and tidy, like there's no part of the house that I'd complain as a mild OCD person.
  : In Italy the host need to have someone meet us in person to pass the key during check-in, as that's because they have a law to report to city within 24hours of our arrival. And this really limits our flexibility on what time we arrive, but of course, with a little bit of late check-in fees, that still can be done (considering it's not very convenient to come meet us so late at night). Although this is not an issue of them, ANY legit hotel/AirBnB would need to do the same thing. Cause not doing it is kinda illegal.
