  : The check in process was rough. after traveling on a hot humid day, I feel its important to be ready and directions were given last minute while we were at the wrong location (the address listed for the property) then we had to wait at the door when we got there. Francisco (the guy who helps) was great and tried to help as much as possible with the issues. we check in and turned on the AC units in the rooms and the power goes out. We discover we cant use the AC in the living room (were a family of 6 and this would be the main spot to gather, very inconvenient). The back bedroom AC also had issues that they were able to fix the second night after a hot nights sleep. Very frustrating. when we arrived the house had an odor that I guess was the sanitation that happens in between guests, it dissipated after a few hours so that worked out.

  : location was excellent, very large apartment with three large bedrooms, beautiful.
  : When we first arrived, the power kept going off and we had to reset the circuit breaker at least five times. they were not able to correct this problem until the second day. Also, one of the air conditioners did not work in a bedroom. it was very room and difficult to sleep. Be forewarned, there are forty seven steps straight up to access this apartment.

  : Veeeery convenient location with a small supermarket just next door. The host was waiting for us in front of the building and gave us a tour of the appartment. They always reply very fast too on your messages so big thumbs up! The rooms are very spacious. There is a small showerroom and a bigger bathroom.From the apartment, you have a view on a canal and gondolas are passing by too. The price is more than reasonable for such a central location in Venice. I would really recommend this place when you go as a family of a small group of friends.
  : The living room smelled of cigarettes so maybe the cleaning staff could have opened the windows to get rid of it before the next arrival. We have done so and it was gone by evening.The only thing is that it takes a lot of time for the warm water to arrive at the bathroom and the stream is weak. For people with big luggages, be warned that there are only stairs as this is a historical building! The appartment is on the 3rd floor. This did not bother us.
