: The running water in the bath and shower was more like a trickle - it made washing difficult. There was also a bad smell in the main bathroom.

: Its a beautiful apartment in a very central location.
: The water pressure in the bathroom did not allow you to use the shower without being either too hot or too cold. It was up a set of very steep stairs about two stories that you had to carry your bags. We had a hard time getting the Wi-Fi to work Until the last day

: This is a very large, comfortable apartment in a good, quiet location. It's a 17-minute walk to Piazza San Marco and only five minutes to a Vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal.
: It doesn't quite live up to its photos as the apartment looks a little tired. However, the size, comfort and welcome by the VOV staff made it an enjoyable place to stay.

: Not cleaned very well (despite cleaning fee being 110 EUR). We found dried bread pieces in the middle of the room, the shower was blocked of limestone).The managing agency was too pushy, focusing on penalties instead of support.
