  : Location was amazing. Very close to the Rialto Bridge without being too close. Plenty of restaurants and a coop nearby.
  : Liked everything. The place was clean, key handover was easy and we had a very pleasant stay.

  : Location of the property was excellent and easy to reach. Communication with property was also great regarding arrival details and check in. Lots of dining options close by. Value for money for location.
  : This property felt a little dark, no amazing views but had a window in the bedroom out onto a small back canal.

  : The location was great to get to all the attractions. It was also very quiet at night.Old fashioned with an eclectic mix of stuff. Its ok for a few days.
  : The apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms. The only bathroom is off one of the bedroom. If 2 couples were sharing the apartment that would be very awkward having to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. It is really a one bedroom apartment. We are friends and i found it awkward going through my friends bedroom. Elena who met with us was very abrupt with us. We had taken the whole apartment as 2 single people. One bedroom was not made up. Elena was not happy about having to make up the other room. They need to ask their guests what the sleeping arrangements are before arrival. One of the bedrooms overlooks the building entrance and was very noisy in the morning with guys talking loudly. I think it is overpriced.

  : The owner is kindly ! The location is really good!
  : The air conditioner in this apartment was not working. The room temperature is kept at 27 degrees. I was already sweating just sitting in my room doing nothing. The bathroom sewer leaks very slowly, and it takes 20 minutes for a person to take a shower before the water can go down. Wi-Fi is only available in one room, not others.

  : Location was amazing. Near Rialto vaporetto stop and walking distance to San Marco, Canareggio, restaurants and night life.
  : We stayed during a heat wave - 40 Celsius . Still Enjoyed islands and sight seeing.

  : The appartment are quite dated. One bedroom has no door so if privacy is needed will be a problem.The only bathroom/WC is located only inside the one bedroom so this is might be a problem for some too
