  : Towel warmer was broken and remained on hot. The AC was not working so the entire room was warm. We were able to open windows which made it cooler. Walking up the stairs was difficult as the lighting was poor.

  : This was third time for me staying in Best Windows. As always - amazing place where to stay if traveling to Venice. Previous years I had apartments in second flor, and for me it's better than apartments in third flor (better view to Marco square, bigger bathroom, lighter room). Also when I booked the apartments, the pictures were from the second flor room, not third, soo be aware of this. However - in my opinion there are no better apartment in Venice than Best Windows.
  : According to previous comment - view, size of bathroom, light in apartment. Suggest to organize some vine glass or tea / coffee cups in rooms to take a relax in apartment in morning or afternoon. Also it was a little surprise that Marco square was flooded in evening and it was a bit problematic how to get to apartment without wet shoes. Previous time I also had experience that someone from Antico Panada hotel (where need to chek-in) went together with clients to apartment to show how to get in. For me, as it was not the first time, it was not necessary, but for those who are staying for first time in my opinion it's recommended.

  : To be honest, nothing,except the window view ;)) but for one night in Venice - it is perfect location.The price is ok for such a central location
  : The hotel is old and needs renovation. The toilet in our room did not work. We did have a breakfast included in our rate, so cannot comment this part.The staff does not care about you, because Venice has a lot of tourists every day and they dont want you to come back;))

  : It suited us as a couple for sleeping only. Very central location so good as we could pop inband out to get warmer clothes or use the loo. Very Clean. Easy check-in etc. Bathroom was good, shower good pressure and had a bath. Small Fridge for drinks which was good.
  : Pillows were very hard and only 1 each. Beds not so comfy and we both woke with sore backs. Shame no kettle. It Was pretty basic for the money, literally just a place to sleep. Location great, but very noisy in the morning and late into the evening, so just be prepared for that (not a criticism obviously, just a point for future travellers).
