  : We like the location, easy to walk to places but not loud or busy.Bed was firm and there's a fridge!
  : The room has a step down from the door and the toilet. Sometimes you got to remember it otherwise you may trip.

  : Great location, easy self check-in and check-out.
  : There was a very intense smell of rotten wood that could not be solved even by keeping the windows open the whole time. When we brought this issue up to the staff, they used an odor eliminator that solved the problem only temporarily. The staff mentioned that the smell probably comes from the canal. In that case, we found it unfair to charge us more for a room with a canal view. Lastly, it seemed that the cleaning was done superficially, because the floor was not so clean and there was also a lot of dust and wood particles around and under the bed.

  : Nice guesthouse in a rather authentic neighbourhood with nice local pubs (bacari), alternative concert venues, and small shops nearby. Spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished rooms with an authentic Venitian touch. Large and clean bathroom.
  : I did not manage to meet the staff at any point, but they provided helpful and friendly guidance by text message.

  : Property was nice - had a hairdryer, nice rugs, kettle, TV. Had what we needed and was a pleasant pretty property. Its location was nice - away from the busy touristy areas, nice and local feel which we enjoyed. Room was pretty, and decor was very fitting. The area was generally quiet and peaceful, until the nightclub started..
  : Although not the properties fault, the building is attached to a nightclub. We had the worst night sleep weve ever had on the Saturday night as music was blaring through into the room with the bass being so loud it was shaking the bedroom furniture. This went on all day Saturday (luckily we were in and out) but when we got back for the evening around 9pm it was blaring, and this went on until gone 2.30am. It got to the point where we were trying to book another hotel to move to but sadly none had check ins open at the late hour. The only consolation was that this only occurred on the Saturday night. Friday and Sunday night were both quiet. Im not entirely sure what could be done about this problem, but I absolutely wouldnt go back to the property because of it and wouldnt recommend others to go because of it sadly. The view out of our windows was a mechanical unit of some sorts (air conditioning / heating unit maybe?), however not a show stopper for us as we were out and about a lot - more of a nice to have.

  : Easy online check-in with no additional charges. Easy to find, simple instructions. Close to the Alilaguna stop so you dont have to run around with your luggage. In a quiet area that allows for nice sleep, feels authentic and yet St. Marks square is only 15 min away on foot. We got a clean, spacious, nicely decorated room with a beautiful view of the canal and the bridge. The room was cleaned every day. I think its probably one of the best hotels you can get considering its Venice and the price-quality balance.
  : No breakfast option. Beds were comfortable but pillows were awful. Not a lot of shower pressure. Still, not a lot of complaints overall. Could be cheaper but thats Venice so it is what it is.

  : We were forced to pay the city tax with several mobile messages, even if the tax did not yet come into effect and we did stay for two nights!
