  : We had a superior room overlooking Lake como.It was very comfortable and had a balcony that we could sit on. The staff were very friendly.
  : There was nothing that I did not like.

  : The proximity to the train station and ferry terminals were great. The room was perfect for 2 people.
  : The ferry terminal was right outside our balcony so it was a little noisy during the day. However, it did quiet down at night even when ferries were coming and going.

  : The breakfast was very good offering a nice selection for every diet. Very attentive staff. Close to train station and boats.
  : OUTDOOR LIGHTING! It was like trying to sleep at an airport. The curtains were very pretty but offered no filtration of light for room darkening. The room doesnt have to be totally dark but needs a room darkening shade to block the BRIGHT LIGHTS from shining directly into our faces from both windows. I had to improvise by hanging the bedding over chairs stacked atop a table to sleep. Other than this issue we loved the Hotel!

  : Hotel Olivedo is a gem. Right on the lake it is easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Watching the sunset was a plus, just outside our window. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, which was included, was plentiful and delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The building is old, but all of the decor adds to the charm. We were very comfortable there. The restaurant was good and well situated right outside the ferry. Thank you we had a wonderful stay.
  : I cannot think of anything that was that awful. The elevator was small and slow, but I was grateful to have it as we were on the top floor
