  : A little complicated because I had not received the instructions so I was waiting to be sent them, then the instructions said to go down two flights of stairs but it was only one so it was confusing
  : The place has BEAUTIFUL views. I wish it were more clear that this place is best for those with a car, because there are absolutely no stores in the area to get food and the taxi costs 20 euros each way to get to town. There was a greeting package at the home with croissants in plastic and milk but I have allergies so was only able to drink the water. It would be good if there were basic staples in the home, and if the couch were set up facing the view so we could sit inside and enjoy the view. Thank you!

  : Definetely one of the best places to stay by the Como Lake The apartament will be perfect for the group of friends. The arrival is simple, even if you don't have a car- trains from Milano/Bergamo goes to Varenna about 1 hour. From Varenna to Perledo there are some buses, but the important thing is that they don't go on Sundays, but then by the station the taxi is available(one pick-up cost about 30 euros). About the apartament- the rooms are fresh, everything is clean and seems to be clearly new(the bedclothes, dishes and the furniture). Contact with the owner is very quick, we got answers on every question in max. 1 hour. I strongly recommend and have much hope that we could come back here in the future
  : The only thing that could be better is WiFi connection. Certainly it works, but that's enough to load several sites. If someone will go here to occasionally work from home or spend evenings on watching some series- it could disturb.

  : The highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Another aspect that impressed me was the excellent communication with the host. From the moment I made the booking until the end of my stay, the host was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. The apartment itself was tidy and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One thing to note is that the apartment is located on a hill, which means it takes about an hour by foot to reach Varenna center. While this may be a consideration for some, we personally enjoyed the scenic walk, as it allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the area even more.
  : Just be prepared for the one-hour walk to the center if you don't have a car, which I believe is well worth it for the overall experience.

  : Fantastic view
  : Only 3 sockets worked. Struggled to do the ironing or hair drying, we have to hold the plug to be able to even dry our hair. The toilet flush broke, and we had to flush the toilet with water from a pot.When we asked where to put our rubbish we were told to keep them in the apartment for the cleaning company to collect when we leave. (we stayed 4 nights).Found a scary-looking creature in the apartment (looks like a scorpion). Photo attached.

  : The property had no electric on arrival.Fridge was turned off so no cold water in and dark at night with kids on arrival. Most of the sockets were not working and no socket next to kettle and microwave. Felt it was a waste. Beds were not comfortable at all. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

  : The view is amazing.
  : The apartment could be cleaner, there were rice over a chair and cigarette butts in a cup. The apartment has not enough power outlets so it is not possible to use a microwave or coffeemaker without unplugging the fridge or stove. The house is infested with ants, so it requires some treatment to get rid of them.

  : Beautiful view, spacious and clean apartment, and responsive staff. The welcome box full of snacks and local was a very nice and unexpected touch. Great appliances.
  : Far from the center of Varenna if you are walking, but we had a car so it was only 10 minutes drive. Just needs more clear instructions about how to get the keythere were two lock boxes at the pickup point but the second one, where the key was kept, was not visible right away and we had to call the property manager to find it. They were quick to respond, though..
