: We have not had room heating for 3 days . Hotel has only one elevator which use guests and hotel staff which is why it waits a long time for the elevator. Ski out and ski in is muddy . No one maintained the path to the ski trail. The Menagers decision to replace our brekfast tabel without any apology. When we asked why she chenged our table She was very embarrasing and wished us Have a nice day !!! We were disappointed with such behavior .

: Apparently they have a gala dinner on Wednesday night. An amazing five course meal included in the half board option, accompanied by piano music.Incredible food, Nice bar, experienced staff, amazing views Made this stay incredibly worthwile.Spa area is clean with many sauna options as well as a cool indoor and outdoor pool.
: Throughout nothing, except I found the Eggs for breakfast option a bit of a shame. Eggs should be included in the Total Price, not for an extra 5 euros per person

: the view, the room set up and decoration, spa facilities, some of the staff are very kind and helpful
: not taking the full board package means being set outside the dining room for breakfast and dinner. If you dine outside the hotel, you need to drive to find a restaurant. The insulation of the rooms is not good enough so you hear noise from neighbors and corridor.
