  : A lovely country location with a charming garden and stunning views close to Urbino. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and use of the pool.

  : There are two positive sides of this place:1) The view on the hills is very nice. Scenic pool is large and clean, although shallow (1,5 at deepest, our take). Warm shower near it is a huge plus.2) The room was new, all clean, with quite good bathroom, although all basic equipped. While we admire more old renovated "borgo" style, some may like "Novotel-budget" style of this place more.
  : The place is pretending to be a "countryhouse" while being more of a short-stay "motel-style" place where you stop while driving frm one place to another, but with high prices. Even for a motel it is not a full match as you can't check in the late evening, the official deadline is 6 p.m.All equipment is really basic. I spent 25 minutes waiting for the stove to warm up a little cattle. Bedroom had a socket, airplug but no TV set installed. Breakfast was also basic selection, colds only. The breakfast area furniture is all plastic. Very disturbing is zero sound isolation between rooms. For 2 nights a family with +/-10 months toddler were our neighbors, so our day was starting as early as his, 6:15 a.m. :(The location is rather lonestanding. The nearest pizzeria is 2 kms away, and it is closed on Mondays. The staff proposed that we "cook in the room", but kitchinette equipment is strictly minimal: no dish-washer or microwave, as one can expect given the price of the room. Not good for long stay. We took a walk around in the hills, ot was nice but as hiking only, as I couldn't find any landmarks near.There is no option to have dinner on site, the "resto" that staff recommended "il Ragno d'Oro" was a very simple pizzeria 8 minutes drive from the house. We did not use it as there were better-looking places around.Also a washing mashine or iron availability in the house would be an asset.

  : The location is extremely beautiful. The hotel is very cozy.The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
  : The bed was awful, like a wooden table. There was no coffee in the rooms.
