  : As advertised. Quiet location, while not far from Trieste city center. Very charming decor (pictures matched by reality). The people managing the property were always helpful and accommodating.
  : Mosquito nets would have been nice (for the balcony and the bathroom). For our type of holiday (carrying a lot of sport equipment needing cleaning and storing on a daily basis) the space was too small (both the room and the outdoor space), something we should have considered before booking.

  : Totally disappointed with the fact that there was no sauna, nor jacuzzi as advertised and paid for.The rooms were dusty.The terrace was dirty and totally unkept.Just forget about the breakfast, it was nothing better than going to a corner shop to buy a bottle of milk an apple and some sliced bread and butter. A total disaster. Don't visit, please

  : The owner was lovely! It was always easy to communicate with her, she always answered all of our messages and she was very flexible and helpful.The room was very clean and even though the location was not great and not at all close to the city center, the public transport was very close and easy to use, and only took about 30 min to get to the city center.
  : Room was in general very small, bed was too small for two people, shower was kind of improvised in a corner of the room, so if youre not traveling with your partner it can be very uncomfortable. Toilet was separated from the bedroom by a sliding door so you could basically hear everything going on in there. Walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every conversation going on in every room of the house and the stairs are very noisy.I consider myself to be a heavy sleeper and for the very first time in my life, the noise from the other people staying there kept me up all night, and early in the morning people start going down for breakfast so I basically didnt sleep. Breakfast is ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Just your normal continental breakfast and no eggs but delicious coffee!
