: The location was ok. Also, the fact that you have a little kitchenette in the room.
: The fridge is in the same room with the bed and it is very noisy. The air-conditioning engine box is attached to the wall near the bed, also very noisy.

: I really liked the location. It was good that we didn't get a room on the lower floor, because it smelled like cigarettes. The room was basically adequate, although I would suggest that they improve the facilities: no hanger in the bathroom, it came off, no shelf, it came off. There is no table in the room, just a fold-out counter that reaches down to the chin. But overall it was okay.
: The shutters were dirty, the handles didn't work and you had to manually move the dirty shutters. It was disappointing that the host communicated with short texts, mainly in Italian, and was ambiguous. I wanted to extend the stay for 1 night 3 days earlier. She accepted. We clarified the date. I indicated on the last day that I would pay, she said I had booked for the wrong day and the accommodation was no longer available. (I didn't book, I thought they had done so when I asked.) As compensation she offered me a room in Opicina, which the address told me was in Village Prosecco. Also due to misinformation, the key was not handed over. In fact, it ruined our whole last day.
