  : The location is perfect. Just at the end of the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops around.
  : The portable aircon unit was too weak to cool down the room. Was hot in the summer which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

  : We booked a double or twin room with extra bed and air conditioning. The room we received had one double bed and no air conditioning. When I approached a member of staff about this, her attitude was immediately sullen and unfriendly, and she insisted that no "mistake" had been made. She did, however, offer to put an extra single bed in the room (which I declined, as it wasn't essential and would have made the room cramped) and also a portable air conditioner (which I accepted). The point is that the room we were given was not what we had booked. Later, the same staff member (now charming and polite) told me that the booking she received was for a double room, but not with an extra bed. I did not believe this, but I let it drop. (I am absolutely sure that Booking.com did not send them the wrong message.) Had this not happened, I would have given this accommodation a much better review. As it is, in no circumstances would I ever stay there again or consider recommending it to anyone else. By the way, the portable air conditioner was extremely noisy, and I had to use ear plugs in order to sleep!

  : easy access from the train station, close to all main sights. Very comfortable room and genuinely enjoyable to have a room specific for a solo traveller. Very good private bathroom. The B&B is part of a very charming restaurant.
