  : Friendly host. He spoke only a little English but we just Google translated and used WhatsApp. Location is pretty central. Very good value. Everything was clean.
  : We were a bit unlucky and had loud neighbours. One had a party until early hours on a Monday night. The other was talking loudly on the phone until 2am as well. Not the fault of the host but it made our stay more difficult than it should have been

  : The location was excellent, close to the old city for strolls and meals and the port for boat trips to the islands. Two nice size bedrooms and a good bathroom, lots of hot water. Reasonably quiet at night. Excellent value. We enjoyed breakfast in a cafe across the square, great coffee, sandwiches and pastries. I list some issues below, but we enjoyed our stay in Trapani.
  : The apartment is on the 3rd floor, we are 66 and 71, we managed fine, but something to be aware of. More of a problem was that the lights were not working in the stairwells and when it rained, the open roof allowed the stairs to become wet. Dark and slippery stairs are not good :-( Chargeable car parking nearby appears to require a resident's Zone permit, we parked for free, but up near the fishing port. We knew that the apartment didn't have WiFi, it really would be worth adding in 2022! Also, just to note, the street address given on Booking,com is not correct, the apartment is situated on Piazza Scarlatti.

  : the location is superb: right next to the port and the bus stop from the airport, in the old center of town. The place itself is allright: two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen. I could advice Stefano, the owner, to invest in some new towels, bedlinnen and someone cleaning the house on a regular basis, and then he could easily add 50% to the rent. But for those who don't mind old (but clean) towels and a little dust in the corners, this is a great place for 35,- a night, which is a bargain.
  : this typical Sicilian appartment is built for hot weather: cool and shady. However, without any heating the place was a bit less comfortable in wintertime.

  : Good apartment on the third floor in apartment block. Perfect location to enter old city part of town. Nice host explaining the ins and outs.
