Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 2 years old to 8 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 16 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own.

Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
Piscina n. 1 is closed from Fri 30 Sept 2022 until Fri 02 Jun 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the final cleaning can be done by guests or get it done at an additional cost of 40 EUR per stay.
